Raise your AI agent. Safely.
Let an AI agent do real work for your company while your data stays with you. Vanture deploys AI agents that run locally, are hardened and stay maintained, with the open-source agent OpenClaw as one of the core technologies.
- Your data stays with you
- Least privilege
- Reviewed skills only
- Fully remote, no site visit
Why it matters
AI agents are powerful, and easy to get wrong
An AI agent can act on your mailbox, files and systems on your behalf, so the access is large and so is the risk. Published security research has already shown that exposed, poorly configured agent instances get scanned and compromised, and that community skill marketplaces have carried skills with malicious content.
Exposed to the internet
A control interface that is not hardened and sits on the open internet can be reached from outside.
Skills of unknown origin
A skill is code. Installing one without review is handing your keys to a stranger.
Installed, then left alone
No updates, no audits, and no record to look at when something goes wrong.
Adopting an AI agent does not end at installation. It means installing it safely and having someone look after it afterwards.
How we do it
Four principles
- 1
Your data stays with you
Local or on-premises deployment is the default. The model can be a local one or a cloud model you choose, and which data goes where is written down before we start.
- 2
Least privilege
The agent gets only the access the task needs. We never take custody of online-banking, payment or financial credentials.
- 3
Reviewed skills
Only reviewed skills are used, community add-ons are not installed casually, and every change is recorded.
- 4
Auditable and recoverable
Activity logs, regular backups and restore drills, so that when something happens you can trace it and recover.
An architecture where data stays in-house
Not sending your data to someone else's house, but inviting the AI into yours, with locks on the doors.
Plans
Start with one workflow, then keep it looked after
All three are quoted by scope. Book a consultation first; there is no public price list.
Secure starter pack
For teams that want to try one workflow first
- Needs and risk review
- Remote deployment and hardening (local or in-network)
- 3 workflows (chosen from the examples)
- Basic training
- Acceptance and 30 days of support
Delivered: deployment notes, a security checklist, an operating manual and the acceptance record
Monthly care plan
For teams that have already deployed and need someone accountable
- Version and patch assessment
- Skill review and updates
- Monthly health check and usage-cost report
- Anomaly monitoring and alerts
- Backups and restore drills
Response times and scope of care are agreed in the consultation, based on your situation.
Workshops and training
For associations, management teams and IT
- Half a day to a full day
- Risks and governance of AI agents
- A live demonstration
- A hands-on checklist exercise
Content is adjusted to the audience and the topic.
What it can do
Example workflows we can plan
These are examples we can plan; the real content follows your own process.
LINE reply drafts
The AI drafts, a staff member reviews, then it is sent (people and AI together).
Weekly reports and meeting notes
Scattered material turned into a readable summary.
Reconciliation and due-date reminders
Lists and reminders prepared for you; it never makes a payment on your behalf.
Email triage and reply drafts
Sorted and drafted first, then confirmed by a person.
Internal knowledge Q&A
Limited to internal documents, with access and scope agreed beforehand.
1 · AI drafts
Hi, this one is in stock and can ship before Friday.
2 · Staff reviews
Stock and ship date checked
3 · Sent
Reply sent and logged

How it goes
Five steps, from review to ongoing care
- 1
A free 30-minute risk review
- 2
Choose one workflow and its acceptance criteria
- 3
Deploy and harden
- 4
Trial run and training
- 5
Acceptance, then ongoing care
Once your equipment and software are ready, deployment and acceptance take about 7 working days. If the scope is larger, you get a concrete schedule at the review.
Remote delivery
No site visit. You prepare three things.
- 01
Equipment
A computer or server with internet access (an existing one can work; we assess it)
- 02
Remote access
Install a desktop remote-access tool and let us connect during the agreed window
- 03
Accounts and permissions
Your own model account, and the systems the agent may touch
- We connect only in the agreed window, and you can watch the whole session
- Access is revoked afterwards, with no permanent remote channel left behind
- We never take custody of your banking, payment or financial credentials
Boundaries
What we don't do
- We do not promise 100% security, only to bring known risks down to a manageable level.
- We do not take over online banking, payment or financial credentials.
- We do not install skills that have not been reviewed.
- We do not handle highly sensitive personal data before the assessment is done.
- We do not give legal advice.
AI use and disclosure
Where replies go out automatically, for example customer service, users are told clearly that they are talking to an AI, and important decisions are confirmed by a person.
Common questions
What is OpenClaw?
An open-source AI agent framework you can host yourself. It connects to different language models and carries out tasks within the permissions you set, rather than only chatting.
How is it different from chat tools like ChatGPT or Claude?
Chat tools mainly answer questions. An agent carries out tasks, which is why permissions and risk management matter more.
Does my data go to the cloud?
That depends on the model. With a local model, data does not leave the device. With a cloud model, what gets sent is explained item by item before deployment and needs your confirmation.
Do I have to buy a Mac mini?
No. An existing computer, an in-network server or the cloud can all work; we assess it against what you need.
How does the fee work?
The starter pack is a one-off fee and care is monthly, both quoted by scope. Model usage is billed by volume and usually paid directly from your own account.
Do you need to come to our office?
No. Once your equipment and software are ready, you authorise us through a desktop remote-access tool and we install and configure remotely, in about 7 working days.
Can we do this without engineers?
Yes. We handle deployment and care, and we train your team to use it.
Are you connected to the OpenClaw project?
No. OpenClaw is an open-source project; trademarks and related rights belong to their owners.
What if we stop using it later?
It can be removed and handed over. The related accounts and data belong to you.
Start with one workflow.
In 30 minutes we work out which workflow is the best first one to give an AI agent, and which risks to cover first.
