Vanture Co., Ltd. respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have.
01Scope
This policy applies to the official website and related online services operated by Vanture Co., Ltd. ("Vanture", "we", "us"). By using this site you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. We collect, process, and use your personal data in accordance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and applicable laws.
02What data we collect
(1) Information you provide: when you fill in the contact/enquiry form we collect your name, email, phone (optional), and message. (2) Automatically collected: basic server and access logs (such as IP address, browser and device type, and visit time) for operations, security, and abuse prevention. (3) Cookies and similar technologies (see below). We do not intentionally collect special or sensitive categories of data.
03Purposes & legal bases
We process your data to respond to your enquiries and provide services (performance of a contract or steps taken at your request), to improve and maintain the site and services, and to keep systems secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests), and to comply with legal obligations where necessary. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
04How we use your data
To respond to and follow up on your enquiries, to provide and improve our products and services, for necessary operational and customer-service communication, and to maintain security and auditing. We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to collection.
05Storage & security
Your data is stored with managed cloud providers (Supabase for database and file storage; Vercel for hosting). We use row-level security to control access, store sensitive data encrypted, limit access to authorized personnel, and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
06Processors & third parties
To provide the service we may engage the cloud providers above as processors to store and process data on our behalf, subject to appropriate protection obligations. Except where required by law or necessary to protect rights, we do not provide, exchange, rent, or sell your personal data to third parties.
07International transfers
The cloud servers above may be located outside Taiwan. Where cross-border transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives protection comparable to this policy.
08What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data; we do not use your operational or customer data to train public-facing AI models; and we do not share it with unrelated third parties without your consent (except where required by law or to protect rights).
09Cookies & tracking
This site currently uses only technical cookies needed for basic functionality, and no third-party advertising trackers. If we adopt privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we will update this page; you can also manage or clear cookies via your browser settings.
10Data retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes of collection. Enquiry data is kept for the duration of our communication and a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise required by law.
11Your rights
Within the limits of the law, you may request to inquire about, review, obtain a copy of, supplement or correct, stop the collection/processing/use of, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent previously given. To exercise your rights, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time; you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
12Children's privacy
This site and service are aimed primarily at businesses and adult users, and are not directed at minors. If you are under the legal age, please use it with the consent of your legal guardian. If we learn we have collected a minor's data without consent, we will delete it promptly.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy due to legal, technical, or service changes. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date; please check back periodically.
