Quotes for systems vary wildly because most firms won't name a price up front. We do the opposite and put the price, timeline and terms in the open, so you know where you stand and neither of us wastes time. Prices below are starting points; the final quote follows the agreed feature list. All figures are in New Taiwan dollars (NT$).

This is the baseline cost of keeping your system running once it's live, billed separately from the build fee above — never double-charged. It covers exactly this: managed hosting, domain upkeep, database, daily backups, monitoring, and security updates. Vanture manages all of it, so you never have to open a technical account.
Pay monthly or annually, whichever suits you. Annual billing costs the same as eleven months — one month free, plus 3 free content updates every year. If you choose the Complete System, the first year is already included in the plan and charging starts in year two.
It does not cover new features or changes to what your plan includes — those are add-ons, quoted separately, and only started once you agree. We don't fold "just one more tweak" into a monthly fee; keeping the line clear is fairer to both sides.
NT$1,800/month is the starting point for normal usage. As your bookings, data, and traffic grow, the hosting and database resources behind them grow too, and the fee is adjusted to actual usage — always discussed and agreed with you first, never raised without warning.
Content updates
NT$ 600 each
Text and image changes within the existing layout — rewriting copy, swapping photos, updating a product description or your contact details. Any content change that leaves the overall structure intact falls under this.
It does not cover redesigning the layout, adding pages, or adding features. Those change the underlying structure and are treated as a redesign or an add-on, quoted separately.
Choose annual billing and you receive 3 free content updates each year.
The three AI services: quoted by scale and circumstances
These carry no list price, and that is not us hiding it. Data volume, workflow and hardware needs differ so much between companies that a headline figure would simply be wrong, and we would only have to correct it later. The assessment is free, and you leave it with a defined scope, a number and a timeline before anything starts.

Our cloud ERP, Vanture Atlas, is your company's data core — run from LINE: find a file, check the roster, chase a to-do, keep the books, count stock, all in one typed line, with no app to install and no training. The build is priced to your scale (the full edition includes the first year of maintenance); maintenance from NT$1,800/month (annual available); onboarding is quoted separately (about 20% below international rates, including data setup and training); live in 14 days once your data is ready. How we work together
50% deposit, 50% on acceptance
Half up front, then we build it and hand it over for review — you pay the rest only once you're satisfied. Your exposure is limited to the first half.
30-day acceptance period
For 30 days after delivery, anything on the agreed feature list that's missing or broken gets fixed free until it meets the spec — no cap on rounds, because that's simply our job.
Miss the date, deposit back in full
If we don't deliver a working version by the date we committed to, you get the full deposit back. A delivery date is a promise, not an estimate.
Founding-client pricing
Vanture is building its first group of long-term clients, and the first five receive founding-client pricing. If you're evaluating now, this is the best moment — just mention it when you get in touch.
Pricing questions
Why does every price say "from"?
Because every operation is different. We agree the feature list with you first, then give you a fixed price and a fixed date and deliver to it — no price changes halfway through.
Are there hidden costs?
No. The build fee plus the monthly operations fee is the whole picture. New ideas beyond the list are welcome, but they're quoted as separate items and we only start once you've agreed.
Is the monthly operations fee mandatory?
A live system needs hosting, a database, backups, and security updates — that's a real cost. If you later want to take it over yourself, we'll help you migrate: the system and the data are yours.
Can I get just one piece of it?
Yes. We take single-scope work too — just an online booking form, or just the back-office reports. Talk to us and we'll quote the scope.
Do you take a commission?
No, not a cent. You collect payment yourself, we never handle your money flow, and every dollar you earn stays yours.
Honestly
We're not natural salespeople. We care less about selling you a bigger plan than about whether the system actually saves you time and solves the problem once it's live. So if we talk and it turns out you don't need a system right now — or there's a simpler, cheaper way to do it — we'll tell you straight. That matters more to us than winning this one job.
