The fifty hours a month that vanish into routine. Hand them to a system.

Cross-platform reports, routine monitoring, support triage, recurring documents, file handling — the work that repeats every day and follows clear rules. We turn it into automated flows. Live in 7 days, fixed price, fixed date.

What this costs you a year

NT$ 0

0 hours a month

We won't tell you what percentage you'll save. Pick the one that hurts most, go live in 7 days, run it for a full month, and let the real numbers speak.

Rule clarity: High = clear rules, the whole step can be handed over; Medium = needs a human checkpoint — the system drafts, a person approves before anything goes out.

How we work

One thing at a time, and a full month before the next.

  1. 1

Look at how you work today

A free 30-minute diagnosis. We say plainly where the time goes and what should be left alone.

  2. 2

    Build one thing

The most painful task with the clearest rules goes first. Live in 7 days.

  3. 3

Run it for a full month

Hours actually saved and failures actually seen, laid out in the open.

  4. 4

    Extend when it works

One flow at a time on a shared architecture, so the second costs less than the first.

Products

Six automations, two advanced options, one bundle.

Single flow

PULSE

Morning pulse

One message every morning: what happened yesterday, what needs attention today.

The problem
Three back offices to open before you know how yesterday went.
What you get
A push at a fixed time each day (Email, Telegram or Slack): yesterday's revenue, orders and bookings, cancellation rate, to-dos and anomaly alerts. You choose the recipients and the hour.

WATCH

Sentinel

It only speaks when something is wrong. Otherwise, silence.

The problem
Customers notice the site is down before you do; stock expires unseen; a rule changes and the first you hear is the fine.
What you get
Monitors you define: site and API health, stock and expiry, booking anomalies, competitor prices, regulatory notices. Alerts only on exceptions, each with a screenshot or a link to the source.

ROBOT

File robot

Drop it in the folder. It comes out done.

The problem
Renaming, converting, watermarking and filing — by hand, every day.
What you get
Inbox pattern: put a file in the watched folder and it is converted, renamed to your convention, compressed, watermarked and filed by rule, with a notification when done. Video, images and documents.

REPORT

Report factory

The monthly report writes itself. You read the conclusion.

The problem
A full day every month stitching several systems into one report.
What you get
Multi-source data pulled together on a schedule, output as PDF or Excel with charts and a summary, sent to the list you choose.

DOC

Document factory

Quotes, reports and SOPs drafted from your templates. You only confirm.

The problem
The same document typed again and again, with last month's client name left in by mistake.
What you get
Drafts generated from your own templates with the right data filled in, delivered as editable files. Nothing goes out without a person confirming it.

DESK

Reply drafts

Mail sorted and a reply drafted. You read it, then you send it.

The problem
Thirty emails a day, most of them the same question, every one of them read by a person.
What you get
Incoming mail sorted (quote, technical, billing, complaint, needs a human) and two reply drafts produced to your rules, pushed to your phone. Drafts are never sent automatically — a person confirms first.

Bundle

Operations bundle

Pulse, Sentinel and Report factory together, on one shared architecture.

NT$ 12,400 onwards / month

Build fees quoted separately; a bundle discount applies when all three are built together.

Assessment

Written automation assessment

More than a chat — a written assessment you can take into a meeting.

Process inventory, a prioritised list of what can be automated, hours and cost estimates, recommended architecture, a phased plan, and the risks and the things we would advise against.

NT$ 25,000 onwards

Credited in full against a subsequent build.

The 30-minute diagnostic call stays free; this is for when you need something in writing.

The managed monthly fee covers keeping the flow running, monitoring it and fixing failures. It is separate from the system operations fee (hosting) and is never charged twice.

Two ways to run it

Managed by us, or on your own machine.

Nine in ten clients are best served managed — no hardware to buy, nothing to maintain, fastest to go live. We only recommend on-premises where regulation or data sovereignty requires it.

Said up front

Some things we don't do.

These limits aren't a question of capability. They are what we think being responsible to a client looks like.

Frequently asked

How long until it's live?

Single flows and light customisation: 7 working days. Anything more complex gets a firm date in the quote — and it goes in the contract. Miss it and the deposit is refunded in full.

Do I need to buy a server?

Not for the managed option. For on-premises we'll recommend hardware to suit; you can buy it yourself.

Will my data be used to train AI?

No. AI features work only within your own data, and we never use your operational or customer data to train public models.

Could the AI do something it shouldn't?

No. Permissions are enforced at the system level — an action that isn't opened up isn't visible to the AI at all; we don't rely on it behaving. Every outward action (sending mail, publishing, notifying customers) needs a person to confirm first.

What if it breaks?

Every automation reports failures, and your original manual process is kept, so you can switch back at any time. Managed plans include monitoring and repair.

Can I start with just one?

We recommend it. Build the most painful one, run it for a month, look at the real numbers, then decide whether to extend.

Why are prices 'onwards'?

Because the real price depends on how many data sources are involved and how complex the flow is. After the 30-minute diagnosis we give a fixed price and a fixed date. No vagueness.

Prices are in New Taiwan dollars; overseas clients convert at the day's rate. Quotes include everything — there are no hidden items.

Pick the one that hurts most.

Thirty minutes, and we'll tell you whether it can be automated, roughly what it costs, and whether 7 days is realistic. No hard sell.
